Chunkys weigh day wednesday

Couldn't resist a weigh in today. 1.5lb off. Didn't expect it to be huge after last weeks big loss, so all in all, not bad for two weeks.

HAd a few wobbles this week - awful couple of shifts at work, left me very shaky. Had a glass of wine at home later, and a fried egg and a slice of bacon.

Through the week had a couple of slices of cooked ham, just for the taste. I don't want to make a habit of it, but it certainly helped me over the wobbly bit.

4lbs off this week - that's 16lb in total in three weeks, so quite happy.

I cheated yesterday as I had an friend visit and staying over so I had a chicken kebab (no bread!) and some wine.

Back on it today, feeling quite yucky tbh.

I'm hoping for a 5lb loss next week so that would take me to a stone and half, and into the 14s!!

My head is in the right place.
 
Deliberately not weighing in today - TOTM, and the analyser scales tell me I have 52% body water (usually 29% at most).

So am waiting, might do it Friday.

Is week 5 meant to be add a meal week?

I've had a couple of minimal carb things so wasn't going to do aam.

Plodding along nicely though.
 
Sts this week (thought I was 1lb down, but no).

Nevermind. Am going out to lunch, might have a glass of wine or 4 tonight. It's been a heavy week, very busy.

So having the night off! Long lie, and back onto it in the morning!
