ciaras diary --- new start

    Hello hello :) just adaptin to SW today, havent joined a local club due to expenses of losing my job. Loving peoples posts tho very motivating. Im not sure if im even doing this right but thats were im hoping you guys can help :) il start with my meals i ate today:

    Breakfast : 2 weetabix with milk, one yoghurt and tea.

    Lunch: jacket potatoe with one can of spaghtetti hoops and salad.

    Dinner: quorn stirfry with 4 spoons of savoury rice.

    Later i plan on having a frozen yoghurt, how does this plan sound?

    Also im a vegeterian :)
