    Hi folks

    I've decided to open a food diary just to keep me on track :D

    B - 2 x weetabix and sk = 2.5
    10am - apple = 0.5
    L - homemade chicken rice soup (0.5)l/f yog (1.5) = 2
    D - 2 turkey sausages (3.5) 150g pots (1.5) half tin beans (2) = 7
    S - banana (1.5) wotsits (1.5) = 3

    Breakfast
    2 x weetabix and skimmed milk = 2.5

    10am break
    Banana = 1.5

    Lunch
    Chicken rice soup = 0.5
    Low fat yog = 1.5

    Dinner
    Low fat super noodles = 5
    Ham = 1
    60g sweetcorn = 0.5
    Red pepper = 0

    Snacks
    Apple = 0.5
    ww's cookies = 1.5

    Total 14.5/21

    Also got zumba tonight so 1hours high intensity exercise :D hence the supernoodles for dinner, quick and easy lol.

    I don't find myself being hungry on 21 points as long as I use them wisely. I try to have soup for lunch as it uses very few points but is so filling. :D
