AND TODAY I HAD!

B - Erm a fruit cereal bar as running out the door - oops!

L - Jacket Tattie and cheese bit of salad

D - Omlette and beans!

Dunno what will snack later - prob raspberries and a custard cream! x

What do you have in your ommelette? I could talk about food all day at the moment, haven't had one for ages - go on inspire me for tomorrow.

I chuck in - pappers, sweetcorn, cheese (maybe) bacon (maybe again!) Quite boring really!

And today!

B - Weetabix

L - Poached Eggs and 1 slice wm bread

D - Stirfry, veggies, beansprouts, water chestnuts and noodles..May use my syns on small amt sweet n sour sauce and few prawn crackers ooops!

Few glasses of water (so far) and a cup of tea!

Oh I so better lose the lb I gained last week! lol

B - ERM YH SKIPPED THAT WENT FOR A SWIM INSTEAD :/

L - JACKET TAT WITH CHEESE AND CUCUMBER

D - HOMEMADE BURGER (HEX) NO BUN THO AND SW CHIPS!

GOT SUM MULLERLIGHTS TOFFEE TODAY TOO AND HAVE SOME STRAWBERRIES

MUST LOSE AGAIN THIS WEEK - I HAVE HAD A KICK UP BUM WITH MAINTAINING ETC THE PAST MTH AND NEED TO GET A SHIFT ON LOL

COME ON CLAIRE WAKEY WAKEY - SIZE 12 IS CALLING!
