I just saw the first episode of Claire Richards Slave to Food and wondered if anyone else had seen it? It's Claire from Steps talking about her yo-yo dieting and trying to get it under control. I recognised myself so much in her as she also is an emotional eater, she can lose weight but once she doesn't have a goal any more it all goes back on. But one thing that struck me was how obsessed she was with her weight and it was pretty much the only thing in her life apart from her family. And I wonder if it's the same for me... I know I talk about my weight A LOT and probably bore everyone to death! But it got me thinking... yes I want to lose weight and be healthy but there's more to life than that!
