Well today bn a good day!!!

B - WEETABIX

L - EGG SANDWICH YUMMY!!!

D - STIR FRY WITH CHICKEN, PEPPERS, BEANSPROUTS, WATER CHESTNUTS - PRAWN CRACKERS FOR SYNS :)

been swimming.... only with daughter but had 10 min swim on own.... 15 lengths! not bad........

roll on monday lol

i love beansprouts and onion with soy sauce and topped with a nice garlic seasoned tuna steak. (mouth watering now, lol)

Well today has been ok

B - the normal - Weetabix - I love it and could live off the stuff!!

L - Well owt really

D - Gonna have Lamb chops, new tatties and salad! YUM YUM! Bit of salad cream as a syn and maybe a lolly later as too hot WI tomm but not holding out much hope as TOTM! Wait and see Eh! xxxx

Gd day all in all.. dunno how in a foul mood but got into another pair of 16 trousers lol

raisin wheats for brekkie!

peanut butter on toast 4 syns for peanut butter!

cous cous and peppers and cucumber but left over half!

went mcds and did not have a single thing - well a diet coke!

Heres hoping feeling better tomm all will be good! x

Well New Week! Lost a lb yay!

So today

Brekkie - Weetabix

Lunch - May have jacket tattie and beans

Dinner - Pasta... passata, peppers, sweetcorn and bacon (maybe)

Who knows what ill have for syns! x

Well I went to playgroup and walked a bit today - fingers x!

L - well not much really but used all syns - well some on packet crisps :/

D - 2 Jacket Pots with beans and cheese... OR l/f supernoodles chix & herbs!

Loadsa water and 2 cups of tea!

Lunch - LF supernoodles - chicken and herb :D

Dinner - Jacket Pot and small amt of steak other half moaning about wanting meat! grrrr so that can be a HEX!

lf supernoodles (chix & herb) n slice bread HEX

Jacket pot and beans bit of cheese....

Right Im gna make this for dinner tomm :) Looks yummy!!

CHICKEN SATAY! Summat diff eh! x

Serves: 4
Syns per serving:
3 Syns on Original and Green*
*Add 6 Syns if not using chicken as a Healthy Extra on Green
For the satay chicken:
454g diced chicken breast
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sweetener
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp ground cumin
Fry Light
Satay/kebab skewers
For the sauce:
3 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
120ml water
½ garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp sweetener
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp very low fat fromage frais



1. Place the diced chicken into a dish or bowl. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Cover and marinade in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas 4. Drain the chicken, then skewer the chunks onto the kebab sticks (usually 3-4 pieces per stick)
3. Place on a baking tray, spray with Fry Light and cook for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked.
4. Whilst the chicken is cooking, make the sauce by mixing the peanut butter, water and garlic together in a pan over a low heat. Heat until the sauce begins to thicken slightly, but don't worry if it seems runny as it will thicken as it cools.

5. Remove from the heat, allow to cool slightly and then add the remaining sauce ingredients. Beat until smooth and serve together with the satay, hot or cold.

Right well my chicken satay was blooming lush last night - may just go a bit easier on the garlic next time :x lol

Well today!

Shredded Wheat fruitfuls :)

Jacket pot & small amt cauli cheese (from college!!) resisted banoffee pie and had a banana!

Pasta..bacon and peppers with sweetcorn - bloody lovely and am full up :)

Drunk a fair bit of water too!x

MONDAY - NEW WEEK AND WILL KEEP TRACK :)

Banana and a 40 min swim :)

Jacket Pot and cheese (hex a)

Pork chop (hex b) and new pots, cauli, carrots and brocolli :)

Mullerlight and some strawberries for dinner - erm dunno waht syns yet - maybe a penguin :)
