Claire's Food Diary!! I will loose weight!!!!

Hello, I am super unhappy with being overweight:cry: so after joining weight watchers a few weeks ago and not really sticking to it I figured that perhaps posting my daily eats might provide me with the motivation to stick to weight watchers - all encouragement would be appreciated!!! I am determined to loose the flab!

Breakfast - ww bagel with lurpak light = 5

Lunch - omelette with 25g mozzarella & cherry tomatoes = 4 & some brocolli & cauliflower which needed used up = 0

Tea - homemade vegetable lasagne :) = 6

Snacks - ski strawberry mousse = 2, s.s milk for tea = 2, pineapple = 0, velvet crunch crisps = 2, ww caramel mallow wafer = 1, shape delight white choco = 3, ww coconut cake slice = 2

Pro points - 27/28

Bad day for snacking but within my pro points
 
Tue 31st Jan

B - Hovis muffin with lurpark light = 6 and homemade strawberry smoothie = 2 (8)

L - Homemade veg lasagne = 6, velvet crunch crisps = 2, pineapple = 0, ski mousse youghurt = 2 (10)

T - Wholemeal pasta with Philadelphia, bacon & cherry tomatoes = 9, ww caramel mallow wafer = 1 (10)

28/28

Plus a 9am-9:30pm shift on my feet!!!
 
1st Feb

B - Hovis muffin = 4 with lurpark light = 2 (6)

L - Hovis muffin = 4 with 1 fried egg (frylight) = 2 (6)

T - Warburton's square wrap pizza = 4 made with passata = 0, tomatoes = 0, peppers = 0 & mozzarella = 2 (6)

S - s.s milk for tea (2), ww coconut cake slice (2)

22/28 so far still got 5 points to play with tonight :)
 
2nd Feb

B - x2 crumpets = 5 with lurpark light = 2, homemade strawberry & banana smoothie = 2 (9)

L - Homemade courgette & parmesan soup = 3, pear = 0, curly wurly = 3, velvet crunch crisps = 2 (8)

T - Salmon fillet = 5, cherry tomatoes = 0, peppers = 0, 100g new potatoes = 2, portion of light evaporated milk jelly = 4 (11)

L - nothing

T - sweet potato = 4 salmon = 4 cherry tomatoes = 0 then for pudding evaporated milk jelly = 4 (12)

Snacks -velvet crunch crisps = 2 milk for tea = 2 ww caramel mallow wafer = 1

So far 24/28 so still 4 points to play with tonight!
