    slimming world
    ok rejoined sw tonight and this is my food diary to keep me on track.

    tomorrow is wednesday and i am having an extra easy day.

    Breakfast... frozen berries, (blackberries, strawberries, blueberries,cranberries etc) covered with fat free natural yoghurt and topped with 28g oat crisp cerial ( HEB)

    Snack.. grapes and an apple

    Lunch.. Home made stew made with lean stewing steak, loads of vegetables, and oxo beef stock.

    snack.. muller light yog and 2 tangerines

    Tea... chicken, new potatoes, broc, leeks carrots and green beans.
    Splash of gravy made with bisto granuals (1 syn)

    Milk allowence 350ml skimmed milk.
    i do drink loads of water thro the day.

    I havent decided what to use the rest of my syns on, think i might make a pudding but not sure what as yet, i wont use all my milk as i dont drink alot of tea or coffee since giving up smoking, but i may make myself a hot chocolate.
