Hi, this is week 1 for me. Lost 1lb, thought I might lose more as I have been good. So yhought I might put my food dairy for some expert review, in case I a, doing something wrong (mind you 1lb is 1lb!)

Sunday - EE - oats so simple and milk. HE A&B plus apple
gtilled chicken jacket opotato and lots of roasted butternut squash, with chicken oxo as gravy
yoghurt and apple
2 egg omelette, backed beans. Meln and yoghurt.

2 were tabs and milk. hEXA&B. With melon
tuna and sweet run plus yoghurt
Baked fish, jacket potato and butternut squash
yohurt (activia 0% 1 syn)

Tuesday
oats so simple and milk. Hex a@&b
2 egg omelette and baked beans. Yoghurt (0% activia cherry) and melon
tea - using up eggs. 2 egg omelettes, butternut squash. Yoghurt

Wedenesday
2 weetabix and milk. Hex A&B. Apple
m&s egg and ham salad. Yoghurt
sainsburys roasted beef slices ( per packed) and sweet corn (away on business). Strawberries and yoghurt

THursday
strawberries, grapes and yoghurt (0% activia raspberry)
m&s egg and ham salad plus yoghurt (away on bus again)
M&s count on us cottage pie . 7 syns plus baby carrotts. Yoghurt and grapes

Friday2 weetabix and milk. Hex A&B. Apple. Melon
3 slices m&s ham (preached) and sweet run. Yoghurt
grilled chicken, jacket potato and carrotts
yoghurt and dairy milk bar (syns to be checked)

Saturdayoats so simple and milk. HEXA&B. Apple
spag big @ Bella. Italia. With 2 garlic batons (syns to be counted)
2 egg omelette and beans. A grapes, melon an yoghurt

Wuld really appreciate confirmation of doing it right. I haven't gone hungry and have been good. Hence just the 1lb was sad!
