    It's so true that you can't start a diet on a Saturday!

    I had the best of intentions, got up on Saturday and went to make an egg white omellete (0 points) and it just didn't work, was absolutely inedible. Ended up having a WW soup (1 point) and 2 slices of toast (2 points) ; which was not too bad.

    Had a packet of Special K Mini Breaks (2 points) mid afternoon as well.

    Dinner came, was making the Pasta Bake with Cherry Tomatoes (6 points) and a Garlic Pizza Bread (9 points) to make me up to my 20 points.

    However, the pasta bake was inedible (recurring theme?) so we ended up getting a chinese ; fried rice and curry sauce - too many points!

    Saturday = Fail.

    Sunday wasn't much better!
    Got up, had my cup-a-soup (1 point) and 2 slices of toast (2 points) and a glass of exotic juice (1 point).

    Went to go to my gran's for dinner but plans changed...and we ended up in weatherspoons!

    Sunday = Disaster!

    New week, diet is on!

    Had a chocolate crispie cake, not sure how many points, hopefully less than 3!

    17 points (and a crispie cake!)

    Low fat supernoodles - 5 points

    Dinner
    Beef & Ginger Stir Fry - 6 points

    Snacks:
    Irn Bru - 3 points

    Total
    19.5 points

    That's all I had but I had loooads of noodles with my dinner so an extra 2 points on there & another glass of Irn Bru (2 points)

    Asda half fat Garlic Bread - 6 points (ish...maybe more)

    Today's just a write off ; having a roll & sausage for breakfast, a baguette for lunch & god knows what for dinner.

    I'll have a good day tomorrow!

    Thought I'd count anyway ; just for a giggle.

    Weekend was a write off, alcohol & food ahoy.

    New start today and new scales on Friday.

    Chicken Cattiatore - 4.5 points

    Snacks
    Baguette - 4 points

    Total
    20.5 points

    Only had half of my dinner though, wasn't a massive fan, so worked out within my points, which is good.
