    Hey everyone,

    I have been on weight watchers since January 2011 - so far I have lost a stone. Recently I went over to slimming world and tried that for 2 weeks but now im back doing WW today. Thought I would start a food diary.

    I wasnt really prepared for starting WW this morning hence the poor food diary.

    I shall update my tea once I get home.

    Breakfast

    Strawberry muller rice mini - 2 points

    Lunch

    A BLT sandwich - 8 points

    Dinner

    400g Pork loin steak - 5 points
    200g New potatoes - 2 points
    Gravy granuels 4 x tsp - 2 points
    Snacks

    Alpen light - Chocolate and fudge - 1 point

    Total points - 20 (1 over oops - I blame the BLT sandwich)

    Feeling alot more positive today - have completed a 20 minute zumba dvd this morning and plan on going on a bike ride tonight. I WILL shift this weight.

    I will update dinner later on :)

    Breakfast

    Apple - 0.5 points
    2 x satsumas - 0.5 points

    Lunch

    80grams B/matthews turkey ham - 1.5 points
    Cucumber - free
    Lettuce - free
    Beetroot - free
    2 x wholemeal pitta - 4 points

    Dinner

    1/3 Sainsburys ready to roast turkey - 3.5 points
    Mash with butter 120g - 2 points
    lots of free veggies
    2 x yorkshire puddings - 2 points
    Gravy - 2 points

    Snacks

    Alpen light - Summer fruits - 1 point
    2 x WW oat digestive biscuits - 1.5 points

    Total points - 18.5

    Day 2 - Week 1

    Aching just a little this morning, completed a 1 hour bike ride last night - looking forward to weigh day. Hurry up monday :)

    Breakfast

    2 x WW malted danish bread - 2 points
    B/Matthews ham - 1 point
    Laughing cow triangle - 1 point

    Lunch

    WW ocean pie - 3.5 points

    Dinner

    Went out for tea, had tempura prawn salad. Not sure on points value I was also naughty and had a WHOLE bottle of wine.

    Snacks

    1 x apple - 0.5 points
    2 x satsumas - 0.5 points

    Ok, so I fell of the wagon a little last night however I am hoping all the exercise I have been doing will help a little. I am out again for tea tonight taking the mother out for mothers day.

    Breakfast

    2 slices of danish malted WW bread - 2 points
    b/matthews ham - 1 point
    Laughing cow cheese trianlge - 1 point

    Lunch

    WW potato, leek and chicken soup - 1 point
    2 slices of WW danish malted bread - 2 points

    Dinner

    Toby carvery (with a pudding) 7.5 points

    Snacks

    Muller rice mini - 2 points
    Apple - 0.5 points
    2 x satsumas - 0.5

    Total points - 17 (hopefully i wont eat any more and save 2 points)
