Well, I'm collecting my Xenical tablets on Monday and have had my shopping delivered for the next week. Lots of veg and salad and fat free yogurts - very different from the crisps and chocolate and desserts I usually have delivered. Very keen to get going as weighed myself and 14st 6lbs today and miserable. Holiday on 6th June and I should be excited about it but the thought of wearing a swimsuit right now is a special kind of nightmare. To lose a couple of stone before my holiday is my goal, just so I don't look or feel like the beached whale I currently see myself as.
Anyway, first entry completed so will be back to update with meals, side effects and hopefully weight loss.

Im a new member too and am planning on losing as much weight as I can before my June holiday. I have lost 5lb and am now 10st 2lbs (all on my hips and bum ) !!!!!! Im only small so I dont carry it very well .My weigh day is friday. I would love a buddy to slim along with towards june .

Hi! A buddy to slim til June would be fab! Have you started the pills yet? I'm really nervous because I'm at work so going to try and go fat free until the weekend and start Saturday. My weight day would usually be Monday but I don't want to weigh every week as I usually end up disappointed!

Hi just beware that a very low fat diet can cause gallbladder issues.. and possibly give you gallstones which means you will need your gallbladder taken out.

Your body needs fat to function optimally .. fat doesn’t make you fat .. hi GI carbs sugary drinks and foods .. processed foods low in fat are generally high in sugars.. look at a lower carb diet.. remove processed foods/ drinks sugars .. limit hi GI foods.

I did Xenical lost some weight and put it back on again and have since had my gallbladder out due to large stones. I’m now fasting and low carb which works better and is healthier than low fat.

Your fat free yogurts May have up to 5 or 6 tsp of sugar ..

Hi sorry to gate crash your thread. I started on orlistat yesterday. I'm just wondering if any one has had and success with these tablets. I am so desperate to lose weight and I find that reading motivatmotivatimal stories helps a lot.

If I was you I’d not use the tablets.. reduce carbs and processed foods.. low carb healthy fats .. vegetables will be your carbs and plenty of them with meat on the side .. watch the truth about carbs
