hi i was just thinking of asking you guys for some advice. i usually go to a wednesday weigh in but ive recently changed to a monday one temperily to see if it suited me better. anyway it has and it hasnt i dont think im as bad over the weekend but its me that carnt just stick to the diet. i really feel like giving up and i have 2 weeks left on my count down to use up. a new class is opening near me tomorrow so im just wondering to start afresh and join a new group or go to this new group and use my count down up? many thanks x
