Hi.

Is anyone else out there not getting enough potassium in? I've noticed most days I won't pass even 1000mg and today I didn't even reach 200mg and I've googled and I should be getting 3,000-4,000mg a day. I know most people don't look at this but I've been good on everything else (carbs, sugar, fiber, etc) and this one needs improvement.
 
I take a multi-vitamin to help out... I think bananas are a good source of potassium.
 
I thought of bananas - but didnt want to say incase i was wrong and looked stupid lol x

I already have banana in; I guess I'll just keep googling lol. I would love to see a doctor but I don't have insurance so id have to pay hundreds out of pocket and that question is not worth that much money lol.
 
Ah, i didnt see you was in USA sorry, its easy here to just book a docs appt.. Just keep muching them banana's// Two things could happen.. You could have the right amount of potassium or you could start sounding like a monkey hehe x
