day 1
b. strawberry shake
l.white fish, peas. and a brocolli
tea with milk and sweetner and lots of water .
it was really nice to chew food, ate it slowly , and enjoyed it . yum yum
 
day 2
b. summer fruits
l. mackeral, peas, cabbage
d. lettuce ,toms, cucumber, red pepper, red onion , balsamic viniger
really nice felt full for ages

day 3
b. summer fruits
l. chicken , lettuce, toms, cucumber, red onion, red pepper, balsamic viniger.
d. baked spud ,tuna . low fat plain yoghurt. lettuce, toms cucumber ,
balsamic viniger

d,haddock, brussles, sweetcorn, balsamic viniger,
2 large strawberries

d. brown rice. a little mince with chilli sauce

all made by by hubby for me , yum yum

got to balance it out this week ,it was nice tho
