clothes

today i have focused on water because i was not drinking enough. i know that the TFR to me is like a fat disolver and the water flushes it out and i know it works. i can't weight to put my small clothes on again it will be lovely. i will be able to get rid of loads of clothes from size 32 down i'm now in size 24 tops and 20 bottoms. i will not be keeping my bigger clothes. i've just got to work out how to get rid of them, any clues?

Charity shops is good- last time when I was really fat I was also poor and there was never anything in my size in the charity shop
