Ive looked for it on the sw web site and couldnt find it, does anyone know the syn value?? If its really high then I will have the strawberrys alone

omg 4.5 syns for a LEVEL tblsp?! actually, i don't know why i'm surprised.. i should have learnt by now that nice stuff is high in syns!!! LOL

i wouldnt be able to stop at a tablespoon.. best to avoid it all together haha x
