    How do you work out your club 10 target?

    It's 10% of your total starting weight.
    My consultant worked it out for me....

    I worked it out by: Starting weight divided by 100, then multiplied by 10, so eg: 200lbs / 100 = 2, 2x10 = 20. Then take that away from your starting weight, so 200-20=180lbs.

    I checked it with my consultant and she pulled out a list with all the starting weights and club tens on it! lol. Made me feel like an idiot, as it took her all of 3 seconds to check it!
