Coconut milk/flour

Not during Induction, no. Although many probably do include them. If you look at the Atkins book - or check The Atkins Community website, you will see the 'Atkins Pyramid'. Foods are listed, in separate rungs, in the order in which they are meant to be added to the daily food intake. You can't have nut products or nut flour (the coconut oil is different, for some reason) until you get to the 'nut rung'.

You can always experiment with a small amount of coconut flour in cooking and see if it slows or stalls your losses. Coconut milk I would avoid until later on because it is pretty sweet. However you could try some and see what happens.
