Coeliac on SW

Hi new to all this, have joined SW online and as a coeliac I am having real trouble with Hex B. I know there is a factsheet on the site but I am looking for an equivalent of wholemeal bread etc. My weight loss has plateau ed and I wonder is it because I'm not gett the HEX b.
Any advice welcome
