    Hi All

    Can i have some ideas on what to have at coffee break at work please?

    I normally have yummy Rich Toffee WW bars, but want a couple of other suggestions...:rolleyes:

    All suggestions gratefully recieved ;)

    Aldi do cinnamon biscuits and they are gorgeous, they are big, very long and thin - only .5 point on discovery so I have 2 for a point and they really are a treat at coffee time mmmm I want one or two now.

    Oh and melba toast with cottage cheese or very low fat cheese spread with cucumber on is also a good snack to have. Hope that helps - try the Cinnamon biscuits though if you like something sweet - delish.
