OK, I read on here that Coke Zero is fine to have on Exante and have been having some every day.

Yesterday I ended up having 4 cans (I was working outside for a good few hours, quite hard and it was a nice treat to have).

However, today I felt like I did on Day 2, shivery cold and headachy, craving food especially bread.

Have done a bit of googling and there seems to be mixed opinions on it, on whether it throws you out of ketosis or not.

4 cans was probably too much, but I have felt so rubbish today that I'm not sure it''s worth the risk.

I've heard it's ok so I've been drinking lots of it! I suppose the only way to tell if you're in ketosis is to buy some ketostix and test your urine.

Maybe it was too much caffeine for you and it was like a caffeine hangover?

Ive always been told its ok as is Dr pepper zero or asda diet coke as they have malic acid not citric acid, but they should only be drank in small amounts.

I wouldn't drink them anyway. Smacks too much of being on the slippery slope to cheating to me.

Too many can knock some people out of ketosis, asparamatine can also make you crave sweet stuff. I limit myself to one every now and then!

I've come off them at the moment too, it was starting to lead me to wonder what else I could have. Determined to lose this weight, and there will be plenty of time for Coke Zero / /Dr Peppe when I've done that! (OK, so kick me next week if I'm back on them!)

I drink a glass of coke zero most days. I have been using ketostix to check that I remain in ketosis and i appear to be fine.
I must admit I do look forward to a glass as if it's a treat. Apart from a glass of coke zero I have stuck to the plan 100%
Not sure if it affects your weight loss.
