Coke zero answer needed if anyone knows!

Hi guys quick question out with my diary..... I know coke zero is 'allowed' but should it be restricted? Does it need to be restricted?

Thoughts or facts needed please!

I was going to try to stick to one a day. Today I've had two due to feeling crap but I'm really tempted to have another now.

I've drunk quite a bit of coke zero and dr pepper zero since starting. Over the last 2 days I've drunk a 2 litre bottle of coke zero. Never had any problems.

I think they say to restrict it as it may trigger cravings. Like everything else with these diets everyone is different and it's a case of finding what suits you best as an individual

I find it stops my cravings but I've always been odd.

Ive drunk about a litre a day this past week and as youll see its not done me any harm

oh wow .. i didnt even know coke zero was allowed!

Coke Zero is my life saver! When on Exante it stopped me wanting anything else. I wasn't drinking much water but got through at least 2l of coke z a day to make up for it.

It's the best....have a 6 pack in the fridge and have in the evening...find it very filling!,,,
