Coke zero?

Hi everyone,
Can you have this when you are doing ss? My councellor hasn't said you can but have seen a few people mention it on here and I don't want to miss out on an extra! lol Have only been doing ss for 6 days so need all the help I can get! Thanks in anticipation Xxx

I'm sure a CDC will be along to give more details but I am fairly sure you can have a small glass of Coke Zero a day but not too much.

i was told yes. coke zero as it contains no citric acid . no more than 500 mls. so i just have a can 330 mls ! bottoms up !!!!

I always have a 1 can of Coke Zero everyday.....The new book says no more that 660mls a day. (2 cans)

I have a small bottle most days as it takes the edge off having water all the time, some people do say though that it starts off cravings...
