I heard that I can have Coke Zero on SS?? Is this true?

Missing my caffeine fix and black coffee is rancid!!

I've always been lead to believe coke zero is fine on SS but restricted to 1 can a day, avoid the cherry version as the fruity addition may have citric acid and that's no good, and may take you out of ketosis!! Hope that helps

I think it depends on your consultant because mines says your not allowed.
