Cold Medcine

are there any syn free cold Medcines like the capsule ones I know that most liquid ones are not but need to shift this cold.

I can't see how there would be any syns in capsules? Syrup based stuff and throat sweets definitely but things like sudafed or decongestant no.

Personally, I refuse to syn medicine. I'm only taking it because I have to, it's not like I'm treating a cold with chocolate! lol

But agree, I think the capsules would all be fine.
