Cold then hot hungry then not!

    Hi all,
    I'm on day 3 of my best restart since my initial loss in 2008. I lost 35 pounds then but unforutunately regained that plus another 3 stone!!! ooops. So finally have my head in the best place i can to do do this properly.
    Today i'm feeling hot flushed and clammy then goose bumps (not ill) just my body temp playing up and i'm swinging from starving and wanting to cave then not really hungry for a while.
    I could be going in to ketosis and hope tomorrow will be easier because i've got to work and it's demanding care work so need my energy. I'm drinking plenty of water and an occasional black coffee. I'm doing sole source + and so far stuck to it religiously this time.
    Any tips or advice greatly received.
