Oh effing hell. I was so cold with all the snow that I’ve gone and stuffed my face with nice warm food, and more and more and more food.

I don’t like any hot shakes and needed to warm up on the inside.

Why can’t I ever remember how ***** I feel after a binge? I know that I need to draw a line and get back on CD.

I don’t know how to eat properly, I really don’t. It’s all or nothing.

It won't be that way forever hun! I used to binge eat for a pastime! Even when I first did Cambridge! It will get easier each time you will learn a little more. Focus on why it happens, if it's because of the cold (which is killer!) have a hot drink! Even if it's a mug of tea - a little milk is nothing compared to what you would have otherwise! Do you like any of the soups? Or the golden veg drink? I wasn't sue about it at first but after a couple of weeks I couldn't live without it! It was like having an extra soup so I would have as many mugs I needed to keep keep me on track. Or try a bit of exercise like running up and down the stairs or if you have a wii use that! distraction will help. Hope that helps a little! Just think warm thoughts!!!!! Good luck and stay strong after all CD is only a temporary way of eating. You can get through this and you cam eat without binging! You may see it at all or nothing but this will help you in the long run to address your eating issues and think how much better you'll feel then. X

do you like the tetras? you could buy a choc one and add water to it to make it a hot choc, tastes better than the shakes hot. or, have a cup of coffee with a bar. i've been hogging the radiator today, nearly fell asleep but then my 20mth old came over and started batting my face. got an hour later on when hubby came home and the kids were eating tea. so tired.
