Just joined this board and it is great, really motivated me. I have been doing SW for 2 weeks now. Great plan, I see that people have been doing food diaries so I will have a go too.:D

GREEN DAY - Fri 7 Jan 2011

Breakfast - 2 x alpen light bars (HEB), banana, activia fat free, tea with sweetner and satsuma

Lunch - potato and quorn sausages with gravy(2 SYNS), diluting juice

snack - fruit of various kinds

Dinner - 2 x small baked potatoes with beans and low fat cheese (HEA), water

snack - more fruit and cup of tea, biscuit (4 syns)

Just had WI and lost 2 lb this week so well happy!!!

Sat 8 Jan 2011 - Green Day

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs and 2 slice wholemeal toast (HEB)

snack - fruit, cup of tea

Lunch - banana, activia fat free, melon

snack - 1 small raspberry tart, 1 small cherry tart, tea (treat day)

Dinner - boiled new potatos, quorn sausages and gravy (2 syns)

snack - pecan and maple whirl (Treat)

Went over my syns with pecan whirl,but had a few saved from during the week!!!!;)
Hi, thanks for putting your food diary on line. Its nice to see someone else doing red/green days as I think most of the posts I've seen today are for EE.

Great day today, got up early and went a 30 min walk on my own, feel more positive when I exercise (I have ME so have been drowsy for months)

Breakfast - Activia fat free, banana, water, 2 alpen light

Lunch - Cous Cous and mixed veg, water, cup tea, apple

Dinner - Pasta, homemade sauce, 1 slice wholemeal bread, water

Snack - fruit, mini milk (1.5 syns)

hi hun am feeling rather peeeved put on 1/2lb and was 100% all week am not a happy bunny but not going to let it deter me will carry on regardless well done on ur loss good luck for ur next weigh inxx
