Colmans Beef Casserole packet..

Hello.....
We are having casserole for tea and using a Colmans Packet, Beef Casserole recipe mix.
I have no idea how to point it, normally i would just and a few points but i'm really trying to be good now, it has the nutritional values per 100gms but it's a 40gm packet and it doesn't say how much is a serving size is?

It's not even on WW online.

Does anyone have any idea how much it is, it will just be between 2 of us.

I would work out the pp for 100g then divide the pp value by 4 to give u ur serving

U could even divide it by 5 as u will only be having 20g and 100 divided by 5 is 20! I d'o hope I have helped and not confused things!
