Colmans season & shake sweet chilli

Hi all,
This is my first week of SW, although, im doimg it from home as I cant get to meetings due to hubbys work....
Just wondering if anyone knows how many Syns is in a colmans season & shake sweet chilli packet please?

I can't find the sweet chilli flavour on the SW website. The other flavours range quite a bit: the paprika chicken one is 3.5, the sausage and herb is 6.5, and the sticky spare ribs is a whopping 9!

Nutracheck and MFP seem to be saying the sachet is 45g and contains around 160 calories which would make it 8 syns.
For future reference, if you get stuck, one syn generally is equivalent to 20 calories for things that don't contain free food like meat or vegetables.
