    Hi guys,

As above really, I'm on 810, haven't drank for 4 months but Im considering having a wee tipple next week.

What is best to eat to come out of ketosis in order to drink?

Bread? If so, how many slices would I need? Lol. I don't have any ketostix at the mo.

...and what alcohol drinks are healthyish??? Vodka and diet coke?

    Thanks in advance peeps.

Hi, I am planning to have a little tipple next Saturday after 30 weeks on cd too. I am on ss+ and I didn't know if I needed to come out of Ketosis to have a couple so I will be interested to hear the answer to this one. I do know that spirits are better than wine or beer as they have less sugar. Have a good time.

    Thanks Zoe.

I am looking forward to a drink but don't want to undo all my hard work by eating something very unhealthy to come out of ketosis and then drinking loads lol. Restraint is the name of the game me thinks...for me anywayz :D.

Remember it's not just ketosis, you need to raise your calories

CD 1000 should really help (depending on how much you drink). 1200 plan would probably be safer.

If i am planning on having a few drinks i still have my 3 CD meals, then a light lunch and another meal before drinking. I dont go mad on the carbs but make sure there are some included. I drink even more water that day too!

Yes, it's the calories and one of the plans that includes all the shakes (so you get everything you need) plus milk and a protein and veg meal.

Some people do the whole of the diet on this plan :)
