yeah it is . The main differences are - the price , exante shakes are a lot less sweet than CD as they dont contain artificial sweeteners , the exante shakes are much thicker and filling , the exante shakes are 200 calories each so you get 600 calories a day , give you same losses with a few more calories , the exante bars are much bigger and more filling , they are different companies , exante is done online with no personal support .

    hope that helps :)

Hello I saw your thread on CD why don't u do exante then if u can't get a CDC? Only a stone to lose will be easy x

to be honest I prefer exante . I found i wasnt satisfied after a CD shake and as they were so sweet I craved sweet stuff more . I love the fact that I dont have to commit to an appointment with someone once a week and drag the kids along . I love the fact that I can get a months worth for £100 , I love the thickness and creamyness of the shakes and the bars are massive :D certainly a great alternative to CD if you dont need the discipline of a CDC weighing you etc

yes, i only have a stone to get of and i can get stuff online rather than having to go to an appointment, like you having to take the kids etc.
