completely and utterly disgusted...

    i am absolutely disgusted with myself :cry:went to weigh in last night and i had gained 3.5lb:eek::eek::eek: i have never been so gutted.. i know i havent stuck to plan as i have had alot of stuff goin on but i now weigh 1.5lb heavier than when i joined:cry:but i am gonna draw a line under it and from today i am food optomising, i think i maybe needed that to give me the kick up the backside i needed!! im gonna need support from all you guys (i know i will anyway) as i refuse to give up this time, i CAN and WILL do this!! i have just wiped my ticker etc and today is a new start :)xx

    i understand how you feel. i have lost weight and after having a break think i have put it all back on. I am off on holiday tommorrow and back mon 3rd oct. I WILL REJOIN SW ON 4TH OCT.

    i need to lose a lot of weight and plan at least a stone down before my work night out on 2nd dec,
    thats my goal for now . xx

    Hi Hopetobeslim you may just surprise yourself positive thinking is a virtue I went on holiday for 2 weeks in August (also having a Bank Holiday weekend to contend with :rolleyes:) when I got weighed I'd lost 1.5lbs the feeling was eurphoric after all I'd eaten and drank I'd expected to gain at least 7lb.

    So enjoy your holiday and good luck :cross: heres to being 1st lighter for your works party :talk017:

    Maybe try superspeed soup - honet I swear by it! I have it twice a day.
    Weetabix for breckie
    Soup for lunch
    Soup for dinner - sometimes I'll add spices and meat and make a curry, or blend it down and use it as a pasta sauce!

    I have fruit in between, plenty of water, and green tea (twinnings do a nice flavoured selection)

    All the above includes no syns... so you can use your full syn allowance for a treat!

    I'm losing about 2lbs a week!

    Maybe worth a try???

    I agree the speed soup is lush and really easy to make, even my teenage daughter likes it :D, never thought about eating it for lunch AND dinner before but I can't see why not.

    Its getting closer to the weekend so Good luck everyone.

    I have done a thread with the SW Speed Soup Recipe, I normally do mine in a slow cooker because you can just throw it all in and forget about it till its needed, but either way is good :)
