Completely & utterly lost the plot

Title says it all really. Barely stopped eating garbage since last Wednesday night's weigh in. Didn't go to group this week due to work commitments but according to my scales & wiifit I've gained 9lbs.

Woke up yesterday & I was determined to get back on track, even did my 2nd gym workout of the week but slipped again by late afternoon. So fed up with myself, my 14s which were comfy are tight now & I have a huge muffin top. :mad:
 
I actually wrote a very similar post on Monday. Just wanted to let you know you are not alone and we can turn it around. I was really good Tuesday and lost the plot again yesterday but today is a new day so I will try again. I know I can get back on track and you will too its just not always that easy.
