completly confused

    i had my first weigh in today i started off 17.5 and this week the scales read 16.9 and a half, but the consultant said i lost 5 pound?!?! this has only just clicked since i got in but shouldnt my loss be more???

    you should have lost 9and a half pounds then?

    is that right? im having a blonde moment but think i added it right.

    thats a big difference to 5lbs. bugger!!! i bet your annoyed. can you give her a ring tell her you think she got it wrong?

    anyway well done on such a brill weight loss

    thats what i thought i have e-mailed my consultant cant believe i didnt notice it in class but to be honest i was chuffed with a 5lb lost lol thank you for clarifying for me

    Perhaps your consultant has mistakenly read the 17.5 as 17 st and 0.5lb.

    This would make a 5 lb loss.
