Hi.. I had been on liptrim for 2 weeks before going into cambridge diet straight away, i also followed this for 1 week all 100%, finding that cambridge diet wasn't really for me (due to black outs/heart burn etc.) I have decided to go back to lipotrim, As I had to wait until my next pay day.. (this friday) I have been following a carb free and sugar free diet until then.. and have lost 1.5 lb or so in the last few days, with 12-13lb total over the almost 4 weeks so far. Anyways.. to my question lol as Im not sure if I am in ketosis, and the weightloss this week has been very slow, im wondering should i have some low -carb in the days leading to lipotrim in order to help the switch as although i havent had anything in 4 weeks, I don't think I am in ketosis anymore either.
