I'm absolutely gutted. I was at a work conference today and there were no facilities for me to make my shakes. Every other one of these conferences I've been to, there has been fish or chicken with salad or veg for lunch....today it was M&S sarnies and I CAVED!! I felt so bad about it afterwards that it actually made me nauseous and I was sick, so fingers crossed I haven't retained that much food. But this has made me feel really crap because I was doing so well and now I feel really down but strangely hungry.
Will this full on kick me out of ketosis?
