Confession & Help Required...

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted a little advice from all you lurvely people out there... Had a great week 3.5lb off (SOTW) then, I had the worst craving for chocolate at the start of my new week :(

Since Tuesday (WI) to date I've had 2x Kit Kat Chunky's, a Double Decker, a Star Bar, 2 Options Hot Choc's and 2x Alpen Light = 72 syns

My question is, if I'm really careful, abstain until next Tuesday and exercise most days, can I still lose because I've stayed with in my weekly syn allowance?

Before you all respond I know what you're going to say, it's not ideal and I shouldn't do this as it's restrictive etc etc but that aside, can I still lose this week?

I would only exercise once or twice, not every day. Keep your syns to 3-5, dont over snack on free, keep ton superfree if poss and start drinking water like your life depends on it. xx

dont anybody slap me, just telling her what works for me!

I think the loss last week was down to lots of walking on a weekend away in Scotland, a visit to the gym and SW wise 5 red days to 2 green. I allowed myself 90 syns although the majority were used on sauces, Vodka and a little shortbread. Do you think the fact that it's all chocolate will make a difference?

I will keep my diet very clean here on in as you said I just don't want to make a bad week and lose motivation if you guys think I can still lose? xx

even if u were to sts or put on at least u know what happened but a u aint went over syns and keep good for the rest of the week thre is no reaon why u cant have a lose just remember this is a way of life and there is going to be weeks u will want stuff that aint sw freindly :)
