Hi I am starting this diary as a way of holding myself accountable and to share my ups and downs on my long weightless journey I Hope you all enjoy the ride.

I'm 35, Married and have a 4.5 yo Daughter who keeps me busy.

This is my second time following Slimming World and intend to finish my journey this time.
I joined last week weighing 19st 7 lbs (OMG!)
1st weigh in 19st 2 lbs -5 lbs (happy bunny) :eek:

So lets get this journey started

I forgot to add my food diary last night so here it is

Extra Easy
Breakfast:: Coffee with sweetener and milk, Aldi fat free Greek style lemon youghut and fruit.
Lunch:: Fat free super noodles chilli chicken and salad, Coffee
Dinner:: Beef & Red wine casserole with new potatoes and salad, Slimming world recipe 2SYNS coffee
HEa 250ml semi skimmed milk HEb 2x SW Rocky road light bars

B:: Alpen light bar (HEB) Coffee & Milk (HEA) and banana
L:: Low Fat Super Noodles and Roast chicken
D:: Steak & Salad
S:: Alpen bar (HEB) Fat free Yoghurt & Fruit
Beverages:: Coffee lots xx (HEA) Glass Rose 175ml 6SYNS

after all that i was stuffed.

Started my body magic today with a 30min walk around the village which was pleasent.

sorry about the delay very busy week and lots of mindless munching. Weigh in was today and I was thinking about not going as having a bad week food wise but I went and to my surprise I lost 1/2lb i'm happy with that......i'm now off to make some soup from soup mixes from waitrose.
