This weekend was my cousin's engagement and first time going out since I have been on LT.Hadn't seen family in ages...I was so anxious that I cheated and stuffed my face in the night before. People were nice and said I lost weight some how I wasn't convinced!!! Managed not to eat at the party but when I came home I was starving and ate a whole pizza! Feel really disappointed with myself!:(:(

Awww Funky - Ive had a few of these moments and blips and have still managed to lose well each week. Ive found that the way i feel so crappy after eating has stopped me doing it again!

its really important that you get straight back onto plan, and don't get into the mind frame of 'i'll start again tomorro' It all goes downhill from there.. trust me i've been there many times. Get back on plan and you'll do great, you have the benefit of hindsight, you have messed up and you know how bad it feels.. you will do this.. remember why you started in the first place. Whats a few months without food in the grand scheme of things. Think Christmas. :)

That's really good advice from Missy.......

Lots of people have 'blips' Funky but they don't have to mean the end, particularly as you've already done so well. Forget about it, learn from it and move on......x

Su...hope it's not too late....don't do it...I feel so crap after ...... I had the worst possible one, thick base pepperoni!! Made it for my daughter...she did not like it and so i decided to have it instead of binning it!!! My hubby asked me what I did with it. So embarrassed to tell him I had the whole pizza and not sharing it with him!!!! :cry:

Thanks hun.. I didn't, but i am struggling today.. It doesn't normally bother me, but i think i am counting down the days to my refeed, but there seem to be too bloody many of them!! lol

I then make it longer in my head (stupidly).. I say to myself..5 weeks, that's 35 days.. Then i make it even worse by thinking that's 105 more shakes.. Instead of making it seem shorter, i keep making it seem longer!!! lol

I am glad you are getting back on track, and it's really good that you feel so bad... It shows that it matters to you... If you ever get tempted again, remember that bad feeling and hopefully that will give you the strength to resist...

Phew!!! Really thought you were going to go for it that horrible pizza.

I think I would have really given up without you guys.

Being on this forum really does help me!!! xx
