Confused about carbs!

Trying again!!
How many carbs does S&S provide per day and how many is too many before coming out of ketosis?

I've read on some other forums of people sticking to below 50 a day - but looking at the packs there seems to be more and I've seen people post about having extra things which are low cal/carb.

I don't want to start straying from the diet but wondered if having the extra carbs in milk and veg inhibits weight loss?

I'm kind of assuming not if S&S say these are ok?

I suppose I'm thinking if I don't really feel hungry should I bother with the veg if it would speed up the loss - don't want to stop the milk because I enjoy the 2 coffes a day.

I stay under 70. I plug cals into mfp as I try to have plenty of protein on gym days and vary ny packs

If your doing four or three no problem.

Thanks Rebekah - I wasn't concerned, just curious - probably should have said that rather than confused ! :)
 
I usually hit under 60 even on training days where I have four and protein. :)
