Confused about club 10

Hi there,

I'm seeing a lot of posts and stickers about Club 10, and I'm a bit confused about what it actually means. Does it mean that you've lost 10% of your start weight before the diet, or 10% of the amount you want to lose??

I'm trying to work out what mine would be :eek:

10% of your start weight according to my old consultant!

Yep - 10% of your start weight so if you say you started at, for the sake of an easy sum, 20 stone your ten percent would be two stone. At least that's how I understand it.

As the others said 10% of your start date - my consultant worked mine out when I started & put it in the back of my book - it's my first target, only 2lb till I get it x

Well done Jan!!

It's widely said that losing 10% of your starting body weight should start to show significant health improvements, and it's a nice mini target to work towards.

Plus, if you're still under your Club 10 weight 10 weeks later you get a free week!! Bargain :D
