Hi everyone I am really confused about how to get to my comments that have been left for me :cool: I put in a previous comment that i am going to start LT tomorrow but I just know Im gonna fail over the weekend to add to my misery Iv just come on :mad: my first weigh in is next thurs and I think I will be much more focused if I start Monday new week etc. What does everyone else think?

You need to start when you are in the right frame of mind. Personally, i think a diet like this is kind of like giving up smoking (although i dont smoke so dont know for sure) but you have to be in the right mind set to be able to do something considered quite extreme.

I have to say i started on thursday and it was the best decision i ever made the 3 and 4th days are really hard you are starving no energy and its so much easier if you can just snuggle up in a duvet. if you work monday to friday defo do that but i would defo recommend having your 3rd or 4th day off coz its much easier to continue wen you dont have to function properly.
