Confused over Flake syns!

I love Cadbury Flakes but confused over how many syns they are? In the book it says 8.5 syns however they are 135 calories which means 7 syns based on the 20cal = 1syn! Help

The one listed in the book is 32g which is a standard bar @ 170 cals = 8.5 syns

The multipack Flake (the one you seem to have) are 25.6g each @ 135 cals = 7 syns (rounded up cos it's only 5 cals short of 140).

The standard Dipped Flake is 210 cals = 10.5 syns.

Ah thank you! I thought the multi pack ones I get must be classes as a standard bar so that's why I got so confused!

I love the fact that they're slightly less syns - it kind of justifies buying a multipack!! lol

I wonder if the big difference between dipped flake and normal flake, is due to the fact that you lose half a normal flake down your top!!! Hehe ?
