Hi guys

Back last year I lost about 4.5 stone on Lighterlife total, I came off the plan about September time and since then the weight is creeping back on, I havent weighed myself as I am too scared to at the moment. The reason i stopped LL was due to a change in my circumstances and also financial reasons, my daughter came out of work and so I am covering her bills too now. :cry:

Anyway I am now looking for a more cost effective way of losing weight but using a VLCD. I am the sort of person that needs to go to a weekly weigh in or can easily fall off the wagon, that alone tells me I still have issues with food. Other factors need to be considered before deciding on which diet another one being the fact I am now in a very happy relationship with a fantastic guy and so socialising is a big part of our life, so ideally I would like to do some sort of diet which allows me to eat a meal a day.

My question is what sort of weightlosses are people having on CD when eating 1 meal a day. Also any other advice would be most welcome.

I've had great losses on CD and its the only diet I have really seemed to stick with.
You could do 810 on Cambridge where you have 3 shakes a day plus a small meal of an evening, I started on this and it was really nice to have a meal each night with my partner until I was ready to go full SS.
I lost 7lbs on my first week of 810 then 3lbs a week for the next 2 weeks after so its still a pretty good loss.

If I could lose 3lb per week I would be happy! I think I proabably need to lose a couple of stone maybe. Which is why i think it would be copable doing it with a meal per day. Ideally I would want to fit back into a size 12 comfortbaly I am now in a 14.
