Constant headache! Might switch to WS

Day 5!! My headache is so bad I've gone from a person who never takes medication to taking paracetamol every day, sometimes the max dose! I'm drinking 3-4 litres of water a day! I am in ketosis as the ketostix is purple! Help!! Anyone else the same? Xx

I'm on day 2 and have had a headache since about 4pm yesterday :-( hoping it will go after a couple of days...I did LL and had this for about 3 days...I hope yours will go soon chic

My headaches stopped at the end of day 5 so hopefully you may be the same

I get an aweful headache but it disappears after day 5-6 , its carb and sugar withdrawl but it does go

Could also be caffeine withdrawal too, maybe you are drinking less tea/coffee. It does pass, give it time
