constant thinking about or forgetting about it

Now i have had week not caring much about the food i eat i lost my grandma and couldnt be bothered with making lunch and stuff now ive realised that thinking about it is probably the only only way i stay on track i think i need a fresh start so I'M BACK although cant stop eating these grapes while typing this.
 
Sorry to hear about the loss. A strategy to help get through difficult times is to focus on a positive goal that will stimulate you and keep your focus fixed on something else. Good luck for getting back on track and all the best for your recovery.
