I everyone,
If I was to cut up an eating apple into small cubes n cook it in a scan bran cake, what would the syns be? On sw web it say 100g is 2 1/2 but then further down it says 1 1/2?? I'm trying to think of ways to replace raisins, which r 4 syns for 28 g, thank you x
