Cooked crispy bacon in chilled food isle

Thinking of having it in a jacket potato for lunch tomorrow.

Hmm..... It would depend on what sort of bacon? I guess it has fat on it, if it's crispy - so I think I'd be inclined to count it as 1 syn for 20 calories, that way you'd be safe

Why don't you make your own. Cut the fat off bacon slices, cut into bits and fry in frylight. Free
